This week we will talk about releasing judgement and embracing forgiveness.

You will learn the reasons you judge and how to replace those thoughts with compassion.

You will take a look at how holding on to resentment or anger for someone else is stealing your joy.

And lastly you will notice where you might be holding onto guilt for your past actions and inviting in compassion and forgiveness of self. 

Actionables - Week 9

  • Write a short letter to yourself or someone else . Forgiving for past actions or wrongs (you do not need to share with anyone).

  • Do a daily practice-Notice when you are judging this week and see if you can reframe the thought with compassion. 

  • Do the Releasing Judgement and Embracing Forgiveness Meditation daily
