This week you will learn to become aware of your thoughts.
We will discuss how your thoughts impact your actions and emotions and how you can start training new thought patterns.
Pay attention to how you talk to yourself.
Write down your thoughts in your journal.
If you notice you are being unkind, see if you can create a better dialogue - Give yourself the PPT; Personal Pep Talk.
Notice if you are being judgemental of others and see if you can find something nice to say about them.
Remember - You can train your thoughts. It takes time like building muscles, so be Gentle with yourself. You Can Do this! You Are doing This!
