How do You Feel

This week you will learn about your emotions and the impact they have on yourself and others.

You will learn how to regulate your nervous system so you can choose what state you want to radiate.

Actionables - Week Four

  • Practice noticing if you are in Loved Based Emotion or Fear Based.

    If you can't stop thinking about something or are talking unkindly to yourself, you are probably in a Fear Based Emotion.

  • The emotion isn't good or bad, it just radiates a frequency and has an effect on others. So ask yourself, "What state do I want to radiate?".

  • Bring your awareness to your breath and practice the rectangle breath.

Repeat as necessary until you feel desired state.
