Let's Meditate

This week, we will discuss why meditation is the key to self discovery and how it helps with all areas of your life.


Week 3 - Actionables

  • Try to meditate daily for the next two weeks! Consistency counts even if it's 2 minute, you are creating a habit.

  • Create a Mantra that is aligned with your goal for this program. Have it be in present tense. "I have a healthy relationship with my partner. I feel Peace in my relationships. I am confident in my career. I am beautiful and full of love and compassion.".

  • Share it in FB Group and with your Pod Partner.

  • Notice your Dialogue around meditaion, example - "It's difficult for me. I can't focus. I've never been good at it."

  • See if you can rephrase and soften to the idea of meditating. '"It feels good to connect with my breath. I love myself enough to take a pause. Meditating is training, so I can get to Peace more quickly when I'm upset.".

  • BE GENTLE when thoughts arises. "Wow, my mind is really going today! That's okay, I'll bring my awareness back to my Breath (or Mantra). I can do the list of things later, let me go back to my breath (or Mantra)."
