Actionable - Week Six

  • Read & repeat aloud the new empowering beliefs.

  • Each day, pause and ask: "What would my empowered self believe right now?".

  • Continue to Meditate. Even if it's focusing on a few rounds of Rectangle breath.

  • Be Kind to yourself and Celebrate the small and big wins!!!
